RULES FOR NAME DIGITAL GIFT COUPON

What is the Nominative Digital Gift Coupon

The nominative Digital Gift Coupon can be purchased at our center or via email info@silathaimassage.com or on the site with online payment by credit card.
Silathai Thai Massage Center: The seller
Buyer: The natural or legal person who makes the purchase
The Beneficiary: The holder who receives the Coupon in digital format

Period of Validity and Extension

The Gift Coupon is valid for 12 months from the date of issue indicated in writing on the gift voucher.
Only Gift Coupons that have not yet expired and have not yet been used may be extended. The extension is expected for a further 6 months from the expiry date shown on the Coupon and it is not possible to extend the Gift Coupons more than once.
In the event of an extension of the Coupon, the conditions of usability accepted during the purchase of the extended Coupon remain valid, as far as compatible.

How to Use

The Digital Gift Coupon does not give rise to change, and is not convertible into cash.
No refund is due for the unused service even if the Coupon is still valid
The Digital Gift Coupon is nominative and can only be used by the beneficiary to whom the Coupon was registered, it is not possible to print a new Gift Coupon with a different beneficiary

Returns

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of issue of the Digital Gift Coupon to withdraw from the contract without having to provide any reason.
Silathai Thai Massage Center accepts and guarantees the return of the Digital Gift Coupon by the buyer only exclusively for Coupons not yet delivered to the beneficiary

Terms of Use and Privacy

The issuance and use of the Gift Coupon implies acceptance of these conditions of use, also available at our center and valid until explicitly modified or replaced.
Whoever purchases the Digital Gift Coupon declares himself responsible for the publication of his own name and that of the person to whom he is giving it as a gift. By purchasing the Gift Voucher, the buyer implicitly accepts this condition.

General Provisions

Any communication and/or complaint relating to the use of the Gift Voucher may be sent via email to info@silathaimassage.com or via registered letter with return receipt addressed to SILATHAI THAI MASSAGE CENTER SAS Via De Serragli 63R Florence
For any dispute relating to the Gift Voucher, Italian law will apply.
